Ken Bassett "Liz"
More Pictures... |
The "Liz" is one of the prettiest rowing skiffs that we know of. The boat was built from Mahogany plywood. The frames and shoulders were laminated from Silver Ash and Cedar, the transom is Australian Cedar, as are the coamings and gunwales.
We designed the deck, and modified the sliding seat arrangement to include state of the art slides and seat.
We have in stack sufficient material to build two more "Liz" rowing skiffs.
Kencraft Marine 16' Runabouts

The two Kencraft Marine runabouts were built as development boats for CNC cut kits for an inboard powered and an outboard powered version. The boats performed particularly well. We also had a hand in developing a 19' version of the inboard powered boat.
